Caroline Braham |
Certified Teacher |
I am a certified Hakomi Practitioner and Teacher. My private practice is in Central and North London and I am involved in running regular Hakomi workshops in London. The first practitioner training I took was in Therapeutic Massage but I very soon wanted to work with people in a more complete way. A trip to the library looking for something that would combine bodywork, emotional work, movement, breath, and awareness, lead me to Structural Integration (Hellerwork). I have been practicing Structural Integration for over ten years, as well as being an Hellerwork Training Mentor. Now I am also a Feldenkrais Practitioner. Hakomi was introduced to me in my Structural Integration training, and the practice of it has offered a seamless relationship between the body and the mind. |
